Apocalyptic Rabbit Speaks

Hey everyone, my friend Mike Matthews from www.downwithabsolutes.com alerted me through his blog that Cuba is “cracking down” on bloggers whose philosophies and writings run counter to the official party line. Below is the email I just sent to Cuba, letting them have it for this bullshit.

Dear The Government of Cuba,

I am writing to you today because it has come to my attention that
you are attempting, through your authority as the government,
to intimidate and shut down journalist and blogger Yoani Sanchez.
My name is Rich Boucher and I am a well-known rabbit poet
from the United States; I am also a blogger. Please be advised that
everyone in the world has the right to blog about whatever they want
to blog about. There are no exceptions.

What you are doing is wrong, and I hereby order you to knock it
off. Leave Yoani Sanchez alone. That is an order.
